In 'Endgame,' why is it that Marcus is able to get through to B5 to download medical data when averybody else can't because of the jammers?

Yes. He did go back to the station. But that was only after he saw the medical records he got from B5, apparently unnaffected by the jammers. How did he do that?Comment
