When the Alternate Reality McKay arrives Atlantis he says that his Sheppard is arrogant like the our reality McKay. ---> McKay and Mrs. Miller

Then why in Vegas Sheppard is not in Atlantis?
Becouse Vegas McKay says that he traveled to another Altantis in an experiment, which happens in: McKay and Mrs. Miller.

Since their is an infinite number or alternate realities it is more then likely that the Vegas Atlantis went to an alternate reality that is no way connected to McKay/Mrs. Miller Atlantis or Our Atlantis
