Gerard Butler says ladies will love the violent Gamer

The upcoming sci-fi action movie Gamer promises to be a wild ride with whatever R-rated ideas directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (Crank) can come up with, and star Gerard Butler says it'll make his previous films look soft by comparison.

"It makes 300 look like a picnic in terms of its violence," Butler said in a news conference in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Saturday, where he was promoting The Ugly Truth. "It's very violent."
