i do hope his character Colonel Telford does hang around for a while in SGU and lou can add a lot to the series and franchise.

I have been a fan of Lou Diamond Phillips since he was in Stand and Deliver. For the first time since I found out about this show, I'm looking forward to it.

Sincerely hope he doesn't get killed off in the first couple of episodes.

Stand and Deliver was a great movie! And the added bonus of Edward James Olmos!

I've been a fan of both from the first time I saw them (respectively)!

I am looking forward to seeing LDP in SGUniverse. He's long been a favorite actor of mine, but his guest performance as Agent Ian Edgerton on Numb3rs was a real treat. If his SGU character is anything like his Numb3rs character, this could really be fun. :D

That's right! I'd forgotten about his recurring role in NUMB3RS!

Did anyone see Wolf Lake? Quirky show, but I liked it.

I only saw a few episodes of Wolf Lake. Didn't have tv when it was on the first time and seldom know when it's coming on otherwise. The little I saw, I liked.

I haven't seen it around lately, but it could very well be available on YT... will have to check and see. I've watched whole shows on there. :)

Wolf Lake is on from time to time on SciFi and occasionally on a satellite channel we get called "Chiller" Don't know if that helps.

Lou Diamond Phillips (and David Blue) is down to attend Collectormania, Milton Keynes on the weekend of May 27th-30th...although I believe that an announcement has gone up today on Showmasters Forum that the event will now only be 3 days long, the Sat, Sun and Monday...

After seeing Lou Diamond Phillips at the Creation Con I thought I had to share my appreciation of a really warm and friendly guy. Goes to show how good an actor he is, playing the dour serious Colonel Telford, not like that at all in RL! :D

It was his first ever convention appearance and he was at home on the stage straight away. He was really entertaining and had lots of stories about his career over the years.

He was also really funny at the party held for the Gold pass folk. He was one of the judges for the table 'Centre piece' competition, and was totally fascinated by the skill that went into a wonderful model of the Destiny a guy had made. He was pointing to various sections saying, 'The gateroom is here...I suffocated here!' You'll all be glad to know that the Destiny won the competition! :)

That's awesome! Why am I not surprised that Destiny won? I think it's the best ship of all Stargates.

LDP is a great actor and I love his work but I actually found the character of Colonel Telford to be slightly annoying I'm sorry to say...

Ok, Telford's whereabouts got confusing there toward the end. In the last few eps, was he on Destiny or on Earth?

I love Telford, he's such an arse. I can't imagine what would happen if he had been on the Destiny, IMO he'd be a much worse leader!
