Female Priors

Anyone noticed there are no female priors?

I wonder if this was planned. I.E. if they somehow rebelled (without catching in fire) they couldn't propogate as a species.

maybe they just left all the priors male to balance out how powerful adria is as she can kill them all if need be.

That is odd that all priors are male (not surprising), but it is surprising that Adria was female considering the male dominance of the Ori religion.
