Robert In "The Full Monty" & "Stone Of Destiny"

I was flipping channels tonight. And on A-Channel (the same channel that I watch Justin on 1-800-Missing) they were playing "The Full Monty". I had never until tonight seen the movie. But I quite enjoyed it. Particularly the last scene when they were Stripping!!!!

And on Monday (since I have a rare day off from both my jobs), I plan on going to see his new film that was just released called "Stone Of Destiny". Set during World War II and is based on a true story. Will let you know what I thought after I see the movie!!

Will have to track it down, thanks for the suggestion. After seeing 24, The Beach and now The Full Monty and soon Stone of Destiny. I would loke to see more of Robert's projects before Universe comes out!!!

Funny...i was just reading this thread again while watching the last bit of the '99 Bond flick 'The world is not enough' with pierce brosnan....then up pops Carlyle as a mean as hell looking villlain....

I don't think people realise that this bloke is without a doubt the most decorated actor to ever appear in an SG series (I may even argue that he has better credits than Russell and Spader)

Add it to the list!!!

WOW you guys are giving me a lot of good movies to rent and watch.

Two others that I have seen, that Robert has done. "The Beach" with Leonardo DiCaprio (was a big fan of Leo's at the time, so saw it because of him). And of course the recent 24: Redemption!!!!

Will let you know what I thought of "Stone of Destiny" when I get home. Am leaving soon, since I am going to see the 4pm showing!!!

I so totally agree. Especially in "The Full Monty"!!!

Just got home from seeing "Stone of Destiny". And other then wanting to see more of Robert in it. I thought it was fantastic!!!!

And loved the fact that it was filmed in not only Scotland and England, but also right here in Vancouver. The director is also from here (orginally from Los Angeles but now is based here)!!
