I notices there were a many references to the other Sci-Fi franchises all during the show. .. here are a few I can remember... perhaps here were more.
- Shepperd calling Ronon "Chewie"
- Shepperd when dog fighting in earths orbit.. yells for Biggs to "watch out"
just before Biggs fighter get destroyed .. This is the same line Luke yells to Red Three "Biggs" in "a new hope" also the sound of Star Wars blasters can be heard during this fight.
- This may have not been a reference but with Atlantis winding up in all places as San Fransisco with the Golden Gate it seams like a nod to Star Trek's Starfleet Command and of course "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home"
- Woolsey saying that "Startrek the experiences" had been closed. Robert Picardo appears in that adventure" (actually that was in the episode "vegas" but it is still funny)
