Now that Atlantis is floating off the coast of California. I thought it'd be funny if we applied some of the real-world housing/city ordinances that are out there. I thought it might funny to also wonder what it would be like if we decided to fully or partially renovate if for some other use - say for a mixed use shopping, resort community and living condos (A floating Vegas?).
So have at it - nothings out of bounds. And to start off...
I think it should be leased out to Steve Wynn to be converted into that mixed used development along with a Casino, some residential condos, a 7-11. And hey! if you can't pay your tab there are always the nanites.
