What new show do you dream about, making the screen?

There are to little scifi on tv, so what do you wish for, to end up on the screen. Remakes, taken from books, comics or a new frelling idea.

Buck Rogers remake, Chronicles of mutant as a tv show, 30 days of night as a tv show, Alien series etc. etc.

What would you see?

i'd like some mini series based on good sci fi books, like the Dune Miniseries, a mini series also means less risk, and basing it on a book means the miniseires could only be as bad as the book it's based on, as long as it's done well. no risk of shoddy standalone eps that ruin rating for the rest of the season, shortlivedness would remove much risk of depleating ratings anyway.

some authors i'd like to see have miniseries made of their books
