Unless he can somehow contact one of his other hives, how is he going to get himself back into power among the Wraith? He is dieing, and might die from his "treatment" with a bug queen, so do you think we'll see him again?

I hope so :\

Spoilers say yes we will see Todd. And Todd is crafty fellow, I bet he will find a way to regain his power.

I think Todd will find his 'cure', and I also don't think his entire crew is dead. I think Kenny may've survived.

Slight EATG spoilers:
If Todd no longer needs to feed, it would not make much sense for him to be the attacker in EATG, and Kenny was the only other wraith with access to the Daedalus' information banks. Tyler McClendon also said he had lines to memorize. Just my theory, though.

Todd being on the iratus bug planet could also explain the picture of him talking to a MALP in JM's blog. Perhaps he needs Sheppard to pick him up. :p

Spoilers for future eps...Todd said he wouldn't forget Sheppard letting him go - I think we might see Todd help the Lanteans stop the advanced Wraith ship in the final episode. I mean, right now - there is no reason for him to turn on the Lanteans, especially if he's no longer feeding on humans.

But that is one thing I will really miss - I love the whole 'feeding' thing - makes Todd dangerous, even as an ally, and it keeps his edge. I am going to miss that part of him...I would like to have had the best of both worlds - the ability to eat normal food, but with the option still open to feed on humans if the urge is just too strong to resist.

he can still snap necks, during 'the queen' i kept yelling at the screen about Teyla, 'snap her neck Todd dammit! snap her neck.'
just like that soldier in common ground, a little twist of the wrist and he's still dangerous. Is he still as strong as he was before?

Hard to say on that last part - he was very sick...poor thing. :(

I too can see him regaining his status, but only after the end of the season... by helping the lanteans..

Sheppard should have at least given him a get well card or something.

If he lives, there's one way of gaining power again.

His queen is dead. Besides even if he were to find a queen her wanted to gain favor with personally, I don't think he'd divulge Atlantis location to her unless he trusted her enough that she's go along with the same plan he did. There are many Wraith he could ally with n the galaxy, there is only 1 Atlantis Expedition. I believe Todd can see the value of uniqueness.

Even without the spoilers I think it would be a simple guess that we'd see him sometime.

His queen is dead.

When did Teyla die?;)

Infinite-Possibilities

She's not his queen.

Even if she was that would be a pretty weird conversation.

"My queen, I know the location of Atlantis."

"Er...What? I live there! You were with me there the other day!"

Somehow I think he will back to his old Wraithy self in no time by some Aratus bug miracle or something along those lines.

I haven't heard that spoiler before. The one about the advanced Wraith ship. Where did you hear it if you don't mind my asking? Sounds interesting as I've always figured that it must have taken more than just hives, cruisers and darts to beat down the ancients.

It comes from SpoilerTV (http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2008/11/stargate-atlantis-upcoming-episode-info.html); at least it's where I saw it.

Spoilers for "Enemy at the Gate"

(AWS? Advanced wraith ship? If not, forget my answer.) Doubtful, or at least, not only. Even combining wraith hive abilities plus Daedalus abilities, a single ship still would be no match for Earth.

So they're basically pulling a ship out of storage, one of those ships many speculated to exist, which gave the Wraith an incredible upper hand in the war, but for some reason never resurfaced during the five years of civil war? I hope they have a very good reason why we didn't see those ships yet. Maybe a special alliance of queens and keepers didn't bother with the war, stayed out of it and focused on defending a given cluster of planets they controlled and which were not known to the other Wraith? - after erasing stargates addresses from whatever database?

Ah, if only the Wraith goons could have a decent military gear as well!

May I jsut use this thread to complain that the one proper Wraith character we get in five years is named the horrible name "Todd"?! Why couldn't Michael be named "Tiodd" and Todd be Michael?!

Todd is an awesome name though. Can't you just see him saying "Life sucking Five!" before feeding?

At first I felt Todd was a less than stellar name. Now I couldn't really conceive of him being named anything else by them.

About the ship in EatG, my thoughts:

It's a kind of 'Midway' station for the Wraith. If they were to have the Brotherhood ZPM on board (either the Tria, the ZPM, or the Phoenix is going to be heard from in S5), then they can establish a wormhole with their colleagues on the PG side of the universe, and so that 1 ultimately defended Hive ship (shields, better weapons) can be a kind of serving-hatch, my dictionary says, for the hungry Wraith in the PG.

A wraith hive with Asgard shielding, hyperdrives and beam weapons would run a paintrain over Earth's entire defense fleet at once easily.

It's something like 4 times the size of Atlantis. An Asgard shield that big would be absolutely ridiculous and who knows how many beam weapons you could stick on it if more than one can alredy fit on, and be powered by, a 304.

I hope they don't go that route though. I'd much rather see the Wraith roll out some old ancient war era battlewagon that's been in mothballs for 10,000 years until a group of hivekeepers finally figured out how to start the damn thing. Then that proceeds to obliterate at least one of the 304s, just to make the point. Comedy points for making it the newly completed Pheonix again.

There's no ship named the 'Pheonix'.

There isn't even a thing named 'pheonix' in existence.

Todd isn't ruined, but Todd has ruined me for all other Wraith.
