    Teyla, Athosians and the Ancients

In season 1 Teyla and her people saw the Ancients as the Ancestors who in a way became worshipped and would one day come back to safe guard against the wraith.

When Atlantis was to be destroyed via the self destruct, The Athosians were deeply hurt by the idea as they believed the ancients would not allow the wraith to take the City and that we did not know there plans for the City.

In Season 3 the Ancients Returned to Atlantis only too get rid of the Athosians and send them to another planet to settle on.

Given all what has happened to Both Teyla and the Athosians what do you think they now think of them, could it be they finally see them as we do? An Ancient Race who will not come back but are to be remembered as a Highly Advanced Race which is to be Respected or as A Race which will be the Saviour of the Pegasus Galaxy

I think our expectations of the Ancients clearly show they aren't much different from us.

I think Teyla still respects the Ancients but she knows they aren't infallable.

Te I get the Impression Teyla has started to think that yes, what do you reckon to the rest of her people, have they started to see them as she has, especially since what happened in the return they must see they are not the great anscestors they hoped for

Teyla probably understands and respects the power of the Ancients, but I doubt she continues to worship them or revere them like she did in the first season of SGA.
