Just Seemed Odd To Me

I'm wondering why Keller and Mckay, in the end, on the private jet, still had towels on? I understand that they both were cold but you think that the jet would have be blasting warm air out every vent by then. Also, I seriously doubt that they were still be cold/wet and in need of towels. After all, after the crisis was over, there had to be hours and hours, days and days of filing reports and answering questions due to the course of actions that happened that night. The episode made it seem like as soon as the storm was over, they were thrown onto a plane and set on their merry way.

I dont have much to say about this other than it was for dramatic effect.. I guess they wanted to finish the episode still dragging out that ticking clock.. not sure.. very strange though
