So, what happened to subspace locator beacons used by the SGC? S9E16 "Off the Grid" used a subspace beacon to track Nerus assuming he would lead them to Ba'al.

Depends on what he was referring too, the Wraith do use that technolohy for their Runners. But the SGC use them too.... could have meant either to be honest

No he only refered to the Wraith tech, the creator of this thread got it right, I have no idea what the writers were thinking about. Wait a minute they were not thinking.

Oh and I just saw this episode a few days ago too.

I thought subspace transmitter was wraith. The SGC used transmitters that only work short range.
