I thought the Atlantis gate was A special intergalactic gate that the wraith wanted to use to get to earth. And I though it looked a bit different? But new one looks the same. One half of the intergalatic bridge contains Pegasus gates and the othe sides contains MW gates. The Midway station separates these two kinds of gates.
