Franchise Menu Now Browsable

As a handful might have noticed, gateworld.net/franchise is now browzable to accommodate some fun stuff we'll be tossing out soon . Plus it was just about darn time to make it browzable anyway

I did the pictures, Darren did the lovely layout. But I do take credit for narrowly pushing him over a cliff before he finally completed it. It just bugged me that clicking "Franchise" would return you to the index page.
