if thats the case then is that possible how the asurans or replicators did it the return since maybe atlantis uses some shield frequency to allow things to come through

so wouldnt give us info if the next time someone takes over atlantis we know how to get through the shield??

Technically, Asurans' ships aren't really THE Ancient ships.

yh but the replicators have been in atlantis when they were created and then evolved so it would make sense that they would know about shields and stuff since they made a identical one on their own and them knowing about codes and such

Well in "The Return" weapons fire rocked the city only a moment after they yelled to raise the shield. So it might be that they got on because they were able to disable the shield before it was fully active. But it was never really well established.
