Setup is simple. The SGC computer (or Atlantis database if you prefer PG) has found a new planet for you to explore. Gate there and describe what you find. You may give you planet a name or designation if you wish.

An Ancient-built food creation machine that makes me the perfect grilled-cheese sandwich with a Coke (with the original formula, no less).
My team is happily munching away when we are attacked by an army of banana fudge sundays brought to life by the malfunctioning machine!
We manage to gate back to Earth, but in coming through the gate, Sgt. Siler gets creamed.
