    Season 7
by Gord Lacey (All reviews) 11/03/2004

Based on the summer movie starring James Spader and Kurt Russel, "Stargate SG-1" follows the adventures of the SG-1 team as they explore worlds on the other side of the gate. The seventh season saw the return of Dr. Jackson who was missing in season six (not really missing; he had become a higher being). Jonas Quinn is in a few episodes, so those of us who are fans still get to see him once and awhile. The team spends a great deal of time looking for the lost city of the ancients, a story that was first started in season six. They believe the city holds the key to defeating Anubis and the other system lords.

The finale of this season leaves the door open for the spin-off, Stargate Atlantis which premiered a few months ago.

    **snippity doo-dah**
