Will Sanctuary be on Itunes?

I have no idea, but am hopeful (since I lack cable). BSG is back on iTunes, so perhaps Sanctuary will be there, too.
I don't really understand all the licensing crap that goes into these things though, since Atlantis didn't get yanked but BSG did, (?).

I'm hoping that since it was a web-developed show that the episodes will be available somewhere online in some legal fashion.

Apple is threating to close itunes. So it may not be on there.

The reason for this strange occurence is that NBC was involved in various pricing and control disputes with Apple so they yanked all their programming from iTunes. They own and produce BSG and Eureka. The Stargate franchise is owned and produced by MGM Studio. NBC just broadcasts them via their Sci-Fi Channel. MGM was not part of the dispute with Apple.

I like that they aren't willing to raise rates, everything else is getting so expensive nowadays. But stamping your feet and saying you won't do business unless it's on your own terms isn't very smart. Especially when you have almost 90% of the market cornered. That said, I know a few people who buy a ton off stuff from ITS if you don't watch it you can spend a lot of money in a short while. I'm too cheap to buy from ITS. 99 cents is 99 cents too many.
