That's just full of fail.

TPTB were using satire in that episode and might have made a mistake in cancelling Atlantis but they're not stupid. They know what they're doing, they haven't let us down yet.

The "younger feel" thing seems more likely a figure of speech or a generalisation of the show - That being that you don't need to be a doctor of astro-physics to understand it.

I realize that this is probably a late post, however those of you that are members of this site and claim to be fans of both shows should easily remember that video from an episode of SG1. Its definitely not what Stargate Universe is going to be, its simply a mockery of the SG1 team done in one of the episodes.
