TEYLA: Then what should we do with her?

McKAY: She can't stay where she is. She's frying the city's computers.

SHEPPARD: Well, maybe we can upload her, or it, or whatever this thing is into a virtual reality like we did with Ava."

She was in Outcast in S4. If you've seen the episode you'll probably know who I mean... don't want to put spoilers unless I need to (in tags of course).

Replicator illegally created by a scientist working for a company that specializes in medical research which the Air force use as a subcontractor. Made in the USA

if we kept doing that we'd have a whole bunch of pissed off replicators.
