Just wondering why Carter didn't turn into a hive ship?, she was exposed to the pathogen than keller, sheppard and ronon and all of them show signs of been infected after 6 weeks (the Daedalus had to travel from pegasus to earth and return) but carter lived in the alternative time line for a year and nothing happend to her.

As for the Wraith virus, it is possible the events of the Seed take place before Continuum, or that Carter nearly freezing to death killed the pathogen.
Take your pickA word of advice... there are creatures that live between this dimension and the next, fiendish creatures that feast on the suffering of an entire world to satiate their eternal hunger. Support the Gateworld Cantina or suffer the fate of all who fall into the clutches of the 'Eladrith Ynneas'

JDeus is referring to Continuum in the year that passed in the altered time line. But who's to say that as soon as she got back to Earth SG-1 went straight to the Tok'ra homeworld? Anyway when looking at Continuum you have to remember that it was originally meant to take place (along with the Ark of Truth) in between Season 10 of SG-1 and Season 4 of Atlantis, it took them a little bit longer than planned to get the to movies out thus needed to alter the way things happened continuity wise....Stargate is not about the angry nerd.

if you look closely in the begining of Continuum you'll notice that Carter was a little late to join SG1 on the mission and looked like she just got out of contianment.
also i have a better question. in the time line of "The Last Man" we saw the future and that everything was ok on Earth. so that does mean that in that timeline Baal didn't try to change the past?

With the continuum/the seed this AscendedThor has a good theory. Another possibility is that the hive ship growth thing effects different people in different ways. It was just fluke the Keller showed symptoms first first.
And with The Last Man thing how do you know Baal didn't try to change the past but Mitchel just undid it like the ending to continuum.
