Continuum Blu-Ray quality...?

I just got my Continuum copy on blu-ray; i live in Australia... and... wth? the quality is SO bad... its really grainy with a huge dropoff in the blacks... i'm dissapointed in my first blu-ray title...

anyone else care to have a rant too? ...

I was thinking about buying it on Blu-ray but because what you just said, I think I'll wait a bit longer!

It isn't the best quality Blu-ray...not by a long shot. But it is still better than the DVD would have looked. The grain is most likely intentional as the producers seem to be in love with "film" and grain is an essential part of giving that "film" appearance.
