When/How did SG-1 get the Puddle Jumper w/Time Travel

Is this a plot hole? I just watched Moebius and have no reference to when/where/how SG-1 got their hands on the puddle jumper that had the time travel machine in it. I've watched all of the first season of Atlantis except The Siege, which I was told should be viewed after Moebius. Considering this puddle jumper was just introduced a few episodes prior to The Siege, I know it wasn't in the earlier episodes.

Any help out there?

Wow. I can't believe I've forgotten that already. Of course, when I watched it the first time around (about 2 months ago), I hadn't watched ANY of Atlantis, so I didn't know the significance at the time. Man it sucks to get old! They say the memory is the second thing to go, I can't remember the 1st thing...
