I don't know about you, but I think it would be cool to kinda have an occasional "SG-1 Episode" on Atlantis that connected to events happening on Atlantis. Have the SG-1 cast there and everything.

No for two reasons.
1)That would severly drain the budget for other episodes

I think your thinking of the Pegasus Project episode in season 10 of SG1... Thats where all the members of SG1 and the Odyssey went to Atlantis to try and activate the Ori super gate but Daniel and Vala stayed behind to try and find information about Merlin and other stuff.The BC-304...
