i dont know the most advanced but my favorite 3 are.
1:the time traval pudlejumper
2:ancient batle chips
3:the earth ship with the asgart core

With the new Asgard stuff there's nothing like the Oddy that we know of.

I don't know either but this is my top 3 :
1. Apophis-Sokar Mothership (I like the way it exits hyperspace)

2. Lantean/Asuran Cruiser (I largely prefer it to the Auroras since "Progeny" and the failed destruction of Asuras)

3. The Daniel Jackson (I just like the smooth hull style...)

Special mention to Martin's Cruiser (Wormhole X-treme).

About power, I think we should find in the ranking those ships :
- Aurora (of course)
- Lantean cruiser
- Anubis Mothership (w/ the 5 eyes)
- The Daniel Jackson (short before Unending)
- Hive ships
- Fifth/RepliCarter ship (Nothing was able to destroy it except Dakara weapon which can in fact destroy nearly anything)

Seriosly every major power has gotten hold of this ship and added something, Whether through someone else who is possesed (Ancient/Merlin-Prior Daniel) or by them getting it directly (Thor). The replicators probably tweaked it abit as the second thing replicators do is improve the ships systems.

Ancient Auroras are underpowered and kinda crappy
Atlantis isn't technilcally a ship.
O'niell's are dead
Hatak's are stylish but primitive.
Toilets are as ugly as sin and contain farmers.
Hives don't have shields and aren't that advanced, Nice ships though.
And the 304's don't have the versatility as most ships (Size/Crew, Technology adaption,).

Favourites

1. Atlantis - Buetiful
2. Oniells - Beutiful
3. 304's - Ugly as sin yet very sexy
4. Auroras - Just something atractive about it's ugly sticky outy bits
5. Hives - So god damn huge
6.Toilets - Kinda graceful for there size
7. Super Hatak - The power projection and influence makes baby Jesus druell

I agree that the Odyssey is the most powerful, but my favorite is the "Grace" ship. I like the way the "wings" move into "attack formation".

my favorite would have to be a regular puddle jumper, i love that thing. if they sold them at a dealer i would buy one, next favorite would be a wraith hive ship, i just think they look scary, and i would love to have one

Atlantis is by far the most advanced ship we've seen. It can power its shield in hyperspace. If it can power a shield it can power weapons.

i couldnt decide between an upgraded 304 and anubises mother ship with his ultra powerful wepon intact. i mean it made short work of like 10 hataks it would be intresting to see it battle the oddessy.

The Odyssey is by far the most advanced ship in two galaxies. Ancient Warships just seemed to be so complex for nothing. With Asgard upgrades, the Odyssey quickly became the most advanced ship, but the Toilets as you guys call them, were pretty powerful themselves.

But you have to think of it this way, the Ori have been around for a long time and they have always been hell bent on finding and subdueing followers, Im sure they made it a priority to always have the most advanced weaponry.

That being said, Just one Odyssey wasn't enough to fight them off, at the time, we just didn't have time to build more.

3. Osiris escape ship.
4. Call me crazy, but the glorified Toilets, Ori Warships
