Does anyone remember the scene from SG-1's S2's "In the Line of Duty" where they've just Sam has a snake in her head and they decide to knock her out? O'neill used what appeard to be a green version of Star Trek Enterprise's version of a hypospray. Any screencaps? And does something like this exist? I know they do have jet injectors LIKE this/ST's Hypospray, but any like the one O'neill used?

I don't have any pictures, but I always thought it was like an epi-pen. -
Probably just a spring-loaded hypo. Epi-Pens are one example, imitrex for migraines is another, etc. I think they even have pre-measured doses of insulin.
Not quite idiot-proof, but close...
