Sixth Puddle Jumper (SPOILERS !!!)

Okay, we know SG-1 will find a Puddle Jumper in the second half of season eight.
But we also know that Atlantis will get reinforced in 'The Siege'.
Will this new PJ be kept on Earth or will it be send to Atlantis along with the reinforcements ?

Theories, please.

In 'Before I sleep' we learn that there is a time-ship stored somewhere in Atlantis.
That means there has to be a room similiar to the PJ-dock.
Maybe that room also holds extra Jumpers.

PJ destruction is possibility but if it survive the episode “It’s good to be king” then I think they would want to keep it on earth for research purposes so they could possibly reverse engineer the technology bit like what they did with death gliders for F-302.

A time ship isn't an ordinary ship is it?
So i doubt it will be in an hangar. Morelike in a lab.

Why ?
When they contact Atlantis, they can just debrief Zelenka.
That guy knows a lot about PJ's.

cargo ships, fighters, motherships... SG1 doesn't have a good record with found alien craft. I don't see the PJ beign any different.
