I've been digging around and couldn't find one for him, so... i figured I'd start one. Especially since I know I can't be his only fan girl. Anyway... Thunk away. http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r295/z_bicikova/smilies/torchwood/owen.gif

Silly, Silly. You don't have to give me credit when using my smilies, really. And it's honestly O.K. with me if you don't. But... There is one rule for using them, (in fact it's the only one) and you managed to break it. No hotlinking, please.
So feel free to save the smilies on your HDD, upload them to Photobucket, LJ or Imageshack and post away. http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r295/z_bicikova/smilies/torchwood/owen_thumbup.gif

And to make this post legit and because BG is a nice chap...

I have a question for those of you who are familiar with the musical. Does the role of Bill Sikes actually require singing or is it more of a something-between-talking-and-singing Prof. Higgins kind of role?

It's common knowledge that John Barrowman, Naoko Mori, Gareth David-Lloyd and James Marsters can sing but I never heard about BG. So it's really a surprise for me that he landed a part in this big musical production.

Sikes sings the song 'My Name' straight after Oom Pah Pah in act two...

(Was in the musical three months ago and had to stand on stage looking terrified for the entire song)

:D

Burn had better get his voice warmed up.

It's a good song...

I've sent off for the DVD of our production so I'll see if I can get a clip of it to show you...

The teacher that played Sikes is a big dude...

If I remember quite correctly, Burn is a seriously skinny guy...

Padding!!!

I guess it depends on the success of the production. If it's a hit they sure will make a recording or even a DVD. *fingers crossed* :)

They don't usually only if it's made into a film and that's been done already

Hmm, O.K. It's how they do it here. Hit productions get to make a CD recording. Have many of those: Les Miserables, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease, Miss Saigon and about 8 original Czech musicals plus a few VHS. So I assumed it's the same in the U.K. I was wrong. *shrugs*

I love musicals and as I don't have any recording of Oliver yet [the only song I'm familiar with is I'd do anything] I might just buy that [if they decide to make one]:D

Oh I know Food Glorious Food and As Long As He Needs Me. [not too fond of the latter though - there's something about the song that annoys me] Never knew they were from Oliver.

We had every song in it except we reduced the final song to "Consider Yourself"...

It's a shame that I only got to hear "As Long As He Needs Me" while I was backstage...nearly strangling the lad who played Oliver for mucking about with the dancers...

Erm, must make the post legit...

One min. Do you mind if Gareth and John are in the photo??? Thought not.

So I was at ASDA the other week, shifting through the cheapo DVDs...and I came across Penelope.

Now I was actually watching for a certain Mr Tumnus...ROFL!!! But to my surprise...

BURN WAS IN IT!!!

I just went O_O

He plays a newspaper journalist...sorry...let me rephrase that...an American newspaper journalist with the cutest accent and his trademark cheeky smirk.

:P

Have no pictures though...sorry...
