Handheld Weapons?

I was wondering do they find any handheld weapons of the ancients? ive only see 1/2/3 so far!

nope they have not found any handheld weapons of the ancients i don't think the ancients had any

they havent explored the whole city yet, so you never know

If they did use hand weapons, you might expect to find an armoury not a million miles from the Gate, though.

true, but they might find a prototype weapon in a room, which has been kept far from the gate, just incase of intruders..
there may be something there, cus if dr mckay found that shield device thingy, who knows what else is out there
