Error in the Prelude?

In "The Road Take" prelude, they reuse that great shot from "The Pegasus Project" where the Odyssey comes out of the clouds and flies on to Atlantis. But in the prelude, the image is flipped, and the structure on top of the Odyssey's flat top is on the right side of the ship rather than the left. Did anyone else notice this? I know movie and film editors have to flip shots with some regularity for varying artistic reasons, and I'm not crying foul. I just thought it was weird.

Does anyone remember if the shot was flipped in the season 9 episode as well? Or did they just do it for the movie?
