Why is it that in counter strike, the 1st episode where we see an adult adria, her eyes are a really cool looking yellow color (contacts) but every time we see her after that episode her eyes are back to morena baccarins natural eye color? Anyone else notice this?

easy answer, it is because she is a little ticked off, when she is not ticked off her eyes are brownish, the madder she gets the closer the eyes get to super mad (which is the point where her eyes show flames) the more red they get, by the way she doesnt choose to let her anger show through her eyes all the time though, like in Dominion when Baal captures her the eyes are brownish, i cant tell the exact color from gateworlds pics"Following you still not!!"--Jack on the episode New Order Part 1.
