Does anyone else wish that the replicators would have ended up on at least one Ori ship. I mean it would have been so cool to see some massive amount of replicator's take over the little room where the prior flies the ship.

Who says they didn't? If the Priors had remained our enemies after the film, I can almost guarantee that the Reps would have made it aboard the Ori ships (whether it was mentioned in this story, or a future one). -
if the replicators made themselves into a missle and fired it at the ships then yes maybe, but they had a kill switch built into them so i doubt we will see them again.Their white flags are no match to our guns!!
