We know that in the next episode that the wraith stole the a ZPM from the asurans....my theory is...is this the reason why the power grid went down? and Rodney couldn't overload the power grid

Possibly, power conduits run through the city ship's walls, i dont see why that cant be said the same about the rest of the city.
