Any one think some of those ships were plundered we have no referance for time from when the ninites where sucked out to when the planet went boom and as the next ep is entitled spoils of war

might explain why larin wasn't bothered about loseing a ship

It's called "Spoils of War" because

Atlantis captures an abandoned Wraith hive ship.

The time frame between the nanites leaving the ship and the planet being destroyed is extremely small, possibly even real-time. The nanites left the ship and joined the blob and immediately began sinking into the planet. Very shortly thereafter it sunk all the way to the planet's core and caused the planet to be destroyed. We also see that the Asuran ships in orbit around the planet were also destroyed.

Later when we return to the Asuran homeworld (or what's left of it) we see nothing but debris. The entire planet and all that was in orbit was destroyed.

I doubt that there was anything of the Asuran fleet left to scavenge.
