In Canada, we are getting season 4 on TMN (The Movie Network) on Mondays at 8:00 and 11:00pm. Miller's Crossing wasn't on this week. Instead, they showed the first episode of Season 4. Anyone know why or what happened?

Looks like they set it up so the two part midseason episodes take place before and after the christmas break. Part 1 airs on December 10th, Part 2 on January 7th. If they didn't delay the new episodes both parts would air before the christmas break.
The same thing happened in America, they delayed an episode so the midseason two parter would take place before the christmas break and after it.
