    Sam Carter/John Sheppard Ship Thread

    now to my knowldge this ship hasn't been done before and sam and john have never met on screen. and this is my first ship thread

    do you think that there would be potenial for a friendship
    any thoughts

          I'd like to see Sam in Atlantis, but I'm more interested in seeing her interaction with McKay. I don't mean I want to see a romantic relationship between the two, but they're always fun to see together on screen. Okay, back to Sam and John, I once read a fanfic where these two hook up. It was an interesting idea because I'd never thought of these two like that, but I just wasn't diggin' it.

            You know, I think they'd be great together. Even though I like Sheppard/Weir and Sam/Jack, I think there are some possibilities for Shep/Sam.

              Well, I think Sam could contribute a lot to the Atlantis expedition, so there's no reason for her to not show up in Atlantis again. Maybe the next time she goes to Atlantis (I'm confident she'll be needed there sometime) she'll have more interaction with the rest of the team.

                Sam would never put up with Shep's flirting, and Shep would never understand a thing she says. Wouldn't work.

                On second thought - that seems to describe most relationships. Hmmm. Maybe I should rethink this.

                    umm....**** no, two different shows and I'm more prone to John/Teyla, more potential and would look better and make a better show.

                      Sheppard/Carter... hm... Lemme get my own visual reference real quick...

                      Not bad... 'Least, not disturbing like that one Harry Potter fanfic I once wrote involving Ginny dating Professor Lupin after Harry left her for McGonagall. How I got inspiration for that... I do not know...
                      But, if somehow that ship were to amazingly happen, I'd want to be Carter.

                        then I'd guess that nothing romantic would happen between the two. I think he might be impressed with her because of her brilliance, but that's probably as far as it would go.
