My best/coolest moment on Babylon 5 is when Delenn brings 3 Minbari warcruisers against the 2 Earth Destroyers in "Severed Dreams"

Delenn: This is Ambassador Delenn of the Minbari. Babylon 5 is under our protection. Withdraw ! Or be destroyed.
EA Captain: Negative. We have authority here. Do not force us to engage your ship.
Delenn: Why not ? Only one human captain has survived a battle with a Minbari fleet. He is behind me, you are in front of me. If you value your lives be somewhere else.

Also, one of the coolest moments is Susan's speech in the final battle with the Earth Alliance...Don't remember how it goes...anyone ?

Another is when we see Kosh outside his encounter suit for the first time.
Revealing Valen's identity.
G'Kar losing his eye.
Z'ha'dum blow-up.
Finding out what "the third age of mankind" really means.
The Agamemnon ramming the Earth defense grid satellite before it could scorch Earth.
Seeing the new hybrid Delenn for the first time

Hehe I can't believe I forgot that one! One of my favorite scenes of the whole episode.

The big reveal in the "Fall of Night." After all the speculation and wondering from the past two seasons whether we'd ever actually see a... we were like, "Wow!" when we heard the wings unfurl and how the members of (almost) every species on B5 looked up and saw a familiar face. Poor old Londo. He looked up, bewildered.

That's up there. I was almost crying when I watched that episode yesterday or the day before (my days are all mixed up right now). So amazing.

Joe sure knows how to twist our emotions.

Also: Passing through Gasthemene. Wow.

Confessions and Lamentations. I'm sooo glad I didn't know the German name.

Great. I hadn't remembered these moments. And I'm rewatching the series. Still in disc 2 of S1 though.

One of the guys watching with me prostrated himself multiple times before her after that scene and said, "I'm not worthy!" Delenn was sooo cool in that scene!
