    The sexiest stars of sci-fi

It's time for another exclusive SFX poll. We want to know who you think are the all-time most fanciable men and women from sci-fi TV and movies. (Yes, fantasy and supernatural horror are okay too). You could win a fun sexy celeb prize, too...

SFX is on a mission to find the most attractive men and women in the history of science fiction and fantasy, as voted for by you. We'll print the results (and, of course, lots of lovely pictures) in our issue on sale in September.

So send us your lists! You get to nominate up to five men and five women. Feel free to only do one group or the other, but you're welcome to submit five of each - no more, please, try to control yourself. And remember, it's an all-time poll. You could pick Jane Fonda or Carrie Fisher, Dirk Benedict or William Shatner. Everybody is fair game, from Fay Wray to Freema Agyeman, via Jacqueline "Servalan" Pearce and Erin "Wilma Deering" Gray. What about David Duchovny, Michael York, or John Barrowman? It's up to you. As long as they've historically got on-screen SF credentials, and scrub up well.

    Here's how to vote.

Send an e-mail to: sfxpoll [at] futurenet.co.uk

    Subject: SEXY SCI-FI

The subject line needs to be SEXY SCI-FI and then you need to list your five favourite men and/or five favourite women. Keep it nice and simple, click send, and we'll do the rest!

Closing date is 9 August 2007. The results will be printed in issue 162, on sale at the end of September. And to make it worth your while nominating people, we'll pick ten entrants at random out of our sexy space helmet to win a prize courtesy of our friends at www.cardboardcutout.net These guys make free-standing cardboard stand-ups, actual-height copies of our favourite screen celebs. And ten of you could be receiving a cut-out from their catalogue this autumn. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning a cardboard hero for your living room is get in touch as outlined above.

Usual terms and conditions apply. Open to UK residents over the age of 18. No purchase necessary: this is a free-to-enter competition. One person, one submission - duplicate entries will be deleted. This competition closes on Friday 9 August 2007, when we will be counting up the votes and preparing the results for publication. We will choose ten people at random from those who entered, and will contact these winners using the email they've given us to arrange details for sending a prize of one cardboard figure from the range available at that time from www.cardboardcutout.net.
