Why make it a poll? You can't put everyone in and I'm pretty sure my favorite won't appear in it at all.

I think just stating who you like most, seems like the best way to do this.

My absolute favorite character is Heightmeyer. (and that for a character who has (so far) appeared in only 4 episodes) She totally rocks.

I always seem to choose my favorites among those that don't appear all that often, and make my viewing experience even better when they do appear.
Like in Echoes, it was a pleasant surprise to see my favorite psychologist again.
