In order to lay the groundwork for his possible return, we threaded a subtle hint into one of the late season three episodes. So, if fans want to know how we plan on bringing the good doctor back from the dead, they should seek out the hidden clue when the back half of season three returns to SciFi this Friday, April 13th.

Hmm...clue hidden in the backend of S.3? There's only one or two episodes it could be...

As much as I liked Carson, I feel this is hitting the reset button and pretending Sunday never happened. As cheesy as his death was, if he was to return, I'd rather it be noncoporeal (eg ascended) rather than flesh and blood.
