John Mercer, the dude, found out that his aunt and uncle did 'very bad stuff' (PG forum) to his sister when she was little so he shot them. Five years later, a guy from a covert 'unofficial' group in the government got him out of jail and hired him as an assassin to get the criminals that the police wouldn't be able to handle. It's very gritty but it's got some funny stuff in it too. It's really well done. Tamzin Outhwaite's in it too, you know, the blonde woman from Hotel Babylon?
