SPOILER sources, post your sources for "Heroes" spoilers
SPOILER sources, post your sources for "Heroes" spoilers
I don't mind reading spoilers, specially about show as good as "Heroes", so i thought it would be nice to have topic where people could post their spoiler sources... for others like me.
First, I am THRILLED that we have a separate Heroes forum - so soon! Thank you mods. Now we can discuss our fav show (err... one of them) on our fav forum . Don't know if we should create multiple threads about individual characters yet.... but in the meantime, I'll bring over several spoilers from the master thread....
Spoilers about Chris Eccleston's role below:
From TV Guide Dec 4-10 article with Tim Kring: Claude, an invisible man played by British actor Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who), appears January 22. "He's been living with his invisibility for many years and has come to grips with it, so he'll give us a different view into this hero world," [Heroes creator Tim] Kring explains. "He's big, imposing and charismatic, and will become a mentor to Peter - albeit a tough, reluctant and stern one. He'll help Peter learn to use and control his powers."
From the latest CBR Q&A with the writers/producers - linked here:
Now, considering Peter Petrelli wrestled with Sylar in "Homecoming," didn't he absorb some of Sylar's abilities? Wouldn't that give him some clues as to the full range of Sylar's capabilities? And can you clue us in when Peter will better learn the extent of his powers?
That logic seems pretty sound to us - and who's to say he didn't absorb some of that power already (either Sylar's a terrible shot, or Peter had some other help in fending off those flying locker doors.) As for a clue - Peter will meet someone in January who will help him understand the extent of his abilities. Who, you ask? Exactly.
In the past week we've learned that George Takei will play the role of Hiro Nakamura's Father in an upcoming episode and that Christopher Eccleston ("Dr. Who") will be featured in an episode this January. First, can you tell us in which episodes we should expect to see these actors?
Mr. Nakamura will first show up at the end of Episode 13. And the character will appear again in at least Episode 14. As for Mr. Eccleston, he'll be here soon. You just might not be able to pick him out of the crowd.
Lost In Space - wherever I am is where I'm supposed to be (aka my geek blog) Thanks to ileliberte for permission to share her amazing art
An invisible man named Claude... well, as their homages go, that's the most blatant one so far.
"There's not a little boy born who wouldn't tear the world apart to save his mummy... and this little boy can." --The Doctor.
"The plastic tips at the ends of shoelaces are called Aglets. Their true purpose is sinister."--The Question.
I think IMForeman might be referring to the play on The Invisible Man (movie adaptation of HG Well's scifi/horror novel) where Claude Raines was the actor cast for the title role. Not really enlightened, just old scifi and wikipedia fan myself
