Stargate: SG-1 – A Producer’s Perspective
by M R Reed
An EM Exclusive Q&A with Stargate: SG-1 Executive Producer, Joe Mallozzi. Continuing along with our exclusive coverage of ten years and 200 episodes of Stargate: SG-1, EM recently had a chance to visit the set of Stargate: SG-1 to talk with actors and production staff about being part of this historic Sci-Fi television series.
We dropped by the office of Executive Producer Joe Mallozzi to get his perspective and then caught up with him later on by email to get his thoughts on the cancellation of Stargate: SG-1 by The Sci-Fi Channel. Stepping into Joe Mallozzi’s office the first thing you find is a smorgasbord of exotic chocolates being offered to all who enter. While you munch on chocolate, the interview is presided over by an array of die cast comic book action figures. All of this makes Joe Mallozzi’s office a cool place to hang out and do a Q&A with one of Stargate: SG-1’s creative writers and producers.
