SkyZone Entertainment Announces Multiple Title Deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc.

FORT LEE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2004--SkyZone Entertainment, a leading wireless media and entertainment company and a division of SK USA, Inc., announces its licensing agreements with MGM Interactive, a unit of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. (NYSE:MGM). MGM's Rocky Boxing(TM), Pink Panther Freeze Tag(TM), Stargate SG-1(TM), and Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London(TM) will join SkyZone's portfolio of premium branded mobile games.

The licensed titles will be available from distribution channels including mobile network carriers and interactive broadcasters. Some of the licensed properties include:

Rocky Boxing puts the excitement of the ring at your fingertips anytime. Beginning with grueling training sessions in the famous meat locker, this interactive game simulates the exciting and heart-stopping Rocky Heavyweight Championship bouts from Apollo Creed and Clubber Lang to Ivan Drago.

Stargate SG-1(TM) allows the player to take the role as Colonel Jack O'Neil, leader of the Stargate SG-1 team. Based on the hit TV series, this game presents various challenges across four thrilling missions. From the surprise appearance of a Goa'uld Mothership to the mysterious discovery of an ancient tomb, players face snakehead soldiers and other perils of the universe. Players are also called upon to defend an Abydos village, and even Earth itself as the Stargate hanger receives an unwelcome visit by Aten and his hoards. Fun for the avid Stargate SG-1 fan or anyone looking for an action-packed sci-fi adventure.

Pink Panther Freeze Tag(TM) fuses the hip style of Pink Panther with the frantic fun of Freeze Tag. Players select one of the famous Pink Panther characters - Pink Panther, The Inspector, Anteater, Red Ant and The Painter - and then try and freeze tag everyone else with an 'icicle missile.' Of course frozen players can be 'melted' by any free player, keeping the game action-packed and suspense filled.

Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London(TM) pits Cody against his Mentor, rogue agent Victor Diaz, who he has unknowingly allowed to escape. In order to redeem himself and save the world, Cody has to track Diaz to Europe, recover a stolen mind control device, almost get the girl and avoid getting creamed by Diaz and his Sonic Taser. This action packed game was launched to coincide with the movie's recent release in theatres.

"We're pleased to continue expanding our partnership with MGM to bring these exciting, premium brand games to mobile customers and we look forward to working with MGM Interactive to develop additional licenses," said Michael Lee, CEO, SkyZone Entertainment.
