You mean "Letters from Pegasus"?
No. this probably occurred between SG-1 missionsNever, never, never believe any war will be smooth or easy...
... or that any man can measure the tides and hurricanes he will
encounter on the strange journey.
Spoiler:
2 Cor. 10:3-5
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; )
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

For another thing, why should it have been shown on SG-1? Would you have liked an episode centered around assembling people to go to Atlantis with the Daedalus? Or have it as a silly side-plot?
Crossover episodes are designed so that you don't have to have seen the other show to know what's happening. So far, no crossover episode has interefered or carried over into the other too much other than Moebius/The Siege and even that wasn't that big.
They: "We found a ZPM"
You: "I wanna know how they found it. I'm gonna watch SG-1"
Others: "I don't care. They came, they found, let's get on with it."

Most of the time they just make mention of it as in Avalon when Daniel refers to the Ancient Database sent from atlantis, but they would never show the same scene.Never, never, never believe any war will be smooth or easy...
... or that any man can measure the tides and hurricanes he will
encounter on the strange journey.
