NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.— Summer television as a repository for reruns is no more. And from now forward, the patterns of television seasons as they’ve traditionally been known only are going to change more: fewer reruns, more new shows, more reality shows, and more choices about when to view thanks to On Demand features.
