Well, seeing as they haven't or are just started filming the season 3 episodes & the spoilers haven't been released yet, I doubt that there are any screencaps or pics of any episodes. They haven't even decided on the final plot of some episodes!

There's a poor quality screencap of Ronon from Sateda floatin somewhere about but that's about it. They'll probably release some pictures and new promos in June-ish.

I was looking for the creation date of the photos from last year (on my hard drive). The photos for Siege P3 were from April 17th 2005, and the photos for Avalon were from April 23rd. (gateworld released them on May 4th and June 21st, respectively.) So you probably don't have to wait too long.

And yes, http://sg-atlantis.emedian.net/ is very good. http://www.sg-p.net/stargate/ is also very quick.
