As an official LorneLover I felt the need to pop in. I think Weir/Lorne is cute! They've got pretty good chemistry between the two. After thinking about what Camy said I decided to restate what I was trying (and failing) at conveying the first time. I think its the authority that Liz has over Marcus that makes it so cute. I mean he thought he was a hot dude in "The Lost Boys" and Liz just put him in his place!
