Ok, I saw this and found it extremely funny when watching the episode "The Eye" just now, from Season 1's mid two parter. If you have a chance to watch it again near the beginning when Colia is in Dr Weirs office...just before he says to Sheppard over the radio that Weir is dead look over at the far window at the top of the stairs behind the guard in the background, and you will notice two guy's shaking the branches around on the other side of the glass to simulate the wind outside.
